    Week 0–1

    We come back with the single highest-ROI fix, a clear scope, and a fixed quote. No open-ended hourly surprises. You see the number and the expected payback before committing to anything.

  3. 03Design around your reality

    Week 1

    We design the system to fit your tools, your team, and your edge cases — not a generic template. You review and sign off before a line of it goes live.

  4. 04Build, integrate & test

    Weeks 1–3

    We build it, wire it into your phone, CRM, calendar, and forms, and deliberately try to break it — the weird call, the odd lead, the double-booking — so it holds up in the real world.

  5. 05Launch & handoff

    Launch

    We go live, watch it closely for the first stretch, and hand you the dashboards and visibility to trust it. You own the accounts and the data from day one.

  6. 06Optimise & expand

    Ongoing

    On an ongoing basis we monitor, tune, and tackle the next leak. The first build proves the model; from there each addition is faster and cheaper because it builds on what we already wired.

A one-time, fixed fee to design, build, and launch the system. Scoped from your audit so you know it upfront.

Monthly retainer

Covers hosting, monitoring, tweaks, and support so your automations stay reliable — and keeps us on the hook for results.

Performance options

For reactivation and lead campaigns, we can tie part of the cost to results — so you're not betting upfront on an unknown.
